KIRTAN KRIYA

Yogi Bhajan taught this kriya meditation is one of the most important meditations to remember and practice. Science has shown this kriya will reverse, stop and prevent alzheimers and dementia when practiced daily for 12 minutes. This meditation is beautiful for strengthening the nervous system, balancing both hemispheres of the brain, emotional balance, raising consciousness and so much more. This meditation will use the mantra Sa, Ta, Na, Ma... while using a specific mudra (hand posture) to create changes in the mind. Sa = infinite, Ta= Life, Na= death, Ma= rebirth.

MEDITATION FOR THE NEUTRAL MIND

The neutral mind is the aspect of the mind that observes the polarities of life with neutrality and makes decisions based on this neutral perspective. When we make decisions from a neutral mind we are guided to make choices that are in the highest good for us and that better align us with our true self and God.

MEDITATION TO TRANQUILIZE THE MIND

A meditation that will quiet the mind and bring stability. The meditation uses a mudra (hand posture) that is said to please the mind. It is told that the Buddha gave this mudra to his disciples in order for them to help control the mind. 


This mediation uses a mantra of your choice - if mantras are new to you I recommend using wahe guru or sat nam. We will also use prananyama, or the controlling of the breath in this meditation. 

It takes only 3 minutes and shouldn't be done more than 3 minutes. Enjoy!
